2. 30-Day Organic Social Media Campaign
Objective: Build brand awareness using consistent organic posting.
Instructions:
Platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
Create a Canva content calendar with:
4 “Behind the Lab” videos (film on phone)
4 client-style wins (fictionalized but realistic)
8 quick tips (AI, design, branding)
6 industry insights posts
Schedule or post manually based on calendar.
Deadline: Calendar ready in 10 days, launch day 11.

3. Website Messaging Review & Upgrade
Objective: Increase inquiries by refining public-facing copy.
Instructions:
Review The Agency’s homepage and services pages.
Rewrite headlines to emphasize value & speed (“From Concept to Campaign in Days, Not Months”).
Add publicly usable proof points (quotes from public testimonials, generic project examples).
Suggest 3 new call-to-action phrases for consultations.
Deadline: 5 days.
Deliverable: Google Doc with before/after text changes.
4. Case Study & Success Story Creation
Objective: Build trust with project examples (fictionalized but realistic).
Instructions:
Write 3 one-page stories with the format: Challenge → Solution → Results.
Base them on common agency work (branding refresh, website revamp, content strategy).
Design each as a Canva PDF + matching square social media graphic.

Objective: Establish credibility in marketing innovation without sharing internal details.
Instructions:

Objective: Identify collaboration opportunities from public sources.
Instructions:
Search LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram for 50 potential partners (consultants, creators, or agencies).

Instructions:
Post 3 times per week for 4 weeks:

10. Growth Hack Experiments
